I Enjoy Coffee (And Maybe a Little Sleep)

Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be challenging to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I deeply love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is important. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly overwhelmed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No condemnation here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Fueled by Coffee and Bedlam

Life's a fractured kaleidoscope. We crash headlong into each day, powered by that liquid courage. It's an absolute rollercoaster and we wouldn't have it any different.

We hustle through deadlines, fueled by that energy shot. The sways around us, but we soldier on. We're the caffeine-fueled chaos agents.

My Other Counselor is a French Press

When life gets stressful, and the usual anxiety relief methods aren't doing the trick, I turn funny coffee hoodies to my peculiar source of peace: a trusty French Press. This ritualistic process of pulverizing beans, pouring hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect cup becomes my escape. Each taste carries with it a wave of calm, grounding me in the here and now.

Coffee , Because Adulting is Hard

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in. It's the secret weapon that helps us push through/get stuff done/pretend we have it all together. Whether you like it black/with cream/extra sugary, a good cup of joe can give you focus.
